The Distillery
WELCOME TO THE DISTILLERY
WHERE TASTY THINGS ARE MADE.
Our distillery is small, yes, but it produces big flavours. We have a 50 imperial gallon still and a 25 imperial gallon still. Both have bespoke copper columns, and gin baskets, allowing us the ability to produce gin, vodka and rum.
Our stills are hand made to our design by our friends at Destylatory Miedziane in Poland. We love their stills, simple, manual and crafted around the user and their skills, rather than a computer controlled process.
The Human Touch
We bottle and label all of our spirits by hand. Our Peak Heritage spirit range has the famous mill stone on leather around the neck, we hand make, fire and glaze each and every one by hand also, before hand tying to the necks.
We think it's worth it.
