Mix 100ml of gently warmed (not hot) Folkingtons Cloudy Pear Juice with 25 ml of Peak Heritage Harvester's Blend Gin. Add a whole star anise to finish.
Master Martini

- Bar Spoon
- Cocktail Mixing Glass / Shaker
- Strainer
Ingredients
- 60 ml Peak Heritage - The Master of The Peak Gin
- 15 ml Vermouth Blanc Mancino or Dolin Blanc preferred
- Half a teaspoon Champagne Vinegar
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Lemon Peel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except lemon to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until very well chilled. About 20-25 seconds
- Strain into coupe class
- Express lemon peel over cocktail, and drop in drink
Bees Knees: For People Who Think They Don’t Like Gin

- Strainer
Ingredients
- 60 ml Peak Heritage - The Forager's Blend Gin
- 25 ml Runny honey
- 25ml Lemon juice
- Sliced lemon
- A sprig of thyme
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except lemon to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until very well chilled. About 20-25 seconds
- Strain your favourite glass
- Add thinly sliced lemons and a sprig of thyme to finish.
The Classic Rum Daiquiri

- Cocktail Mixing Glass / Shaker
- Strainer
Ingredients
- 50 ml Peak Heritage - Three Shires Head Spiced Rum
- 25 ml Fresh lime juice
- 25 ml Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake well for 15 seconds
- Strain into coupe class
- Garnish with lime a twirl if you'd like
Moscow Mule
Tools
- A copper mug (a glass will do!)
Ingredients
- 50 ml Peak Heritage - The Poacher's Blend Vodka
- 10 ml Fresh lime juice
- 100 ml Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Add the vodka and the lime juice to the vessel
- Fill the vessel with ice
- Add the ginger beer
- Stir and wait for 10 seconds.
- Garnish with a slice of lime if you'd like
