We are an independent craft distillery nestled on Church Farm in Barlow, Derbyshire, producing nano-batch spirits by hand using foraged and farm-grown botanicals. Every drop is distilled in our solar-powered distillery, with provenance, quality and a true sense of place at the heart of everything we do.

Our Peak Heritage spirits range captures the very essence of the Peak District — its wild landscapes, seasonal abundance and rich natural heritage. From our flagship gins to our carefully crafted vodkas and rums, each expression is small-batch, hand-finished and deeply rooted in the Derbyshire countryside we call home.

Having the distillery and growing botanicals on the farm itself, and that connection to the land is what sets us apart. We also forage locally, but grow what we can, and let the seasons guide us — because the best spirits start long before they reach the still.
