We take our Master of The Peak London Dry, and we cold infuse for over four weeks with locally foraged air-dried gorse flowers. Creating a beautiful and earthy amber coloured contemporary dry gin, with a warm botanical finish.
Housed in a premium organically shaped Italian glass bottle, with pictures of the Peak District beaming through a luxury double sided label, adorned with leather cord and topped off with a walnut closure and paper topper. This is a true artisan product and an amazing spirit to enjoy yourself or gift to a loved one.
PLEASE NOTE: The bottles no longer have the clay wheel hanging from the neck, it now has a double loop of leather and a brass toggle at the rear of the bottle.
This was a decision we made for many reasons, we had some damage reported to the bottles in transit from the wheels, we had feedback that the wheel made it hard to pour the bottles and from a production and environmental point of view they were massively energy consuming to make.
