Spirit of Eyam® 1665 Dry Gin is a carefully crafted, botanically infused gin that boasts a dark colour from the addition of natural colouring mallow and hibiscus blossom.
A new bottle, a new look and a new era for this dark, brooding and ultimately best selling contemporary dry gin. In the top 50 selling products on Master of Malt.
It is bottled in a British lightweight bottle with a beautiful hand cut cotton topper tied in place tightly with waxed cotton twine and locally made red button, printed plague mask gorgeous apothecary style label printed on luxury laid paper.
Made in small batches of just 80 bottles per run on our hand built still, up-cyled from repurposed beer kegs with a bespoke copper column in our renewable energy powered distillery, power coming from huge batteries fed by the solar array on the farm.
