THE GIN & BOTANICALS
This contemporary dry gin is distilled in a traditional pot still, in batches of just eighty bottles per run. The botanical bill includes raspberries, blackberries and bilberries foraged and grown on and around the farm.
TASTING & SERVING
A fruity, delicate and dry gin. It can be sipped neat over ice or enjoyed with a plain tonic and a fresh raspberry.
THE BOTTLE
The bottle is lightweight (less than 500g) and is made from over 50% recycled glass in Leeds, just 45 miles away by road. The closure is glass, adding a subtle and sustainable touch of class.
The cross and round top labels are cut in house by us from our own up-cyled old label stock, saving them from landfill, the back and neck labels are made from sustainably sourced paper.
The stoneware ceramic pips are hand rolled, drilled and fired by us on site. The clay we use is scrap clay from our pottery making.
All design is done in house by Ade and we hand fill, hand label and hand finish each and every bottle with pride, love and care.
